About the event
Edenkind is proud to present three weekends for women only to gather together and find healing, connection and purpose. Fully vegan, and inclusive, we invite you to come and partake in varying therapies designed to increase your well-being, and bring peace away from the rat race! Cwm Caredig is an unspoilt valley with rivers, natural plunge pools, meadows, ancient woodland and our beautifully handcrafted roundwood barn.
The weekend can begin on the Friday night for those wishing to wild camp on the land, or book one of our off-grid accommodations at Cwm Caredig (ranging from a converted Luton tiny home, a bell tent with a double bed and a retro caravan or to book a room nearby!
We have a weekend full of activities ranging from:
- Forest bathing
- Earthing (A.k.a. grounding)
- Yoga and breath work - Art and nature therapy
