About the event

Having potentially found cobuyers to buy the adjoining Farmstead buildings and some of the land, we now find ourselves in the position of being able to offer the remaining land for sale to those who would love to join our eco-village (well more of a hamlet as it's a small cluster of properties surrounded by pastures and forests and streams).

For those of you who have ecological projects in mind, we can offer a choice of freehold land with no restrictions as well as land within our edible forest (we already own 36 acres) that will have a couple of covenants to keep it planet- conscious, and then there's a third option to buy in to our small, vegan, intentional community and co-own the edible forest with other vegans! (Maximum 4 places ideal for quiet introverts no pets or children)

Shelley will do a talk at 2 pm on Saturday, with the option to stomp the land before, or after where she will talk through all the options and point out things!

If you RSVP, Shelley will write to you to find out a little bit more about you, whether you have funds available and ready and what you would like to use the land for as we don't want to waste anyone's time!

We get a lot of enquiries from people who think they will be able to buy an acre and put a cabin on it and live in it. Please note this is not an option! Shelley is happy to talk through planning and what we can legitimately offer without involving the council and what you would need to apply for if your long-term goal is to live on the land.

For those of you wishing to join our intentional community and explore tiny house/ancillary living there is a tribe seeking form on our website to start the induction process to join us! You do not need to complete a tribe seeking form if you are looking to buy freehold land, and simply become our lovely neighbours! There is an investor form if you would like to buy in but aren't looking to join our community.

Open to all, but we will be prioritising those whose land enterprises are in alignment with our planet-conscious project 'next door'.
