Things are back on track to buy Cwm Caredig's neighbouring farmstead!

This time we are marketing it purely as co-buying and splitting it into freehold lots. We are still creating our own little community on our project which we already own, but to keep things manageable, we have now decided to offer the adjoining property on a freehold basis to cash buyers. You do not have to meet our community criteria as all we need now are lovely neighbours!

If you previously applied, but were turned down because of our strict joining criteria, feel free to ask again, especially those of you who came along before and weren't sure about leasehold property. It's all available freehold now!

We have access to the farm houses and the land that is for sale on both Saturday the 12th and Sunday, the 13th of August and at the end of the month, Sunday 27th and Monday 28th of August! Please RSVP and we will sort out the day and time of your viewing. Because parking is limited and we don't want everyone turning up at the same time please wait for us to email to confirm details and timings. Thank you!

It would really help if you could complete an investor form which is on our website. Don't be confused by the vocabulary we used for setting up our intentional community - we are asking anyone interested in buying property or land to complete the form, and you are not committed to joining a community or a cooperative don't worry! We just haven't updated the forms yet! Ultimately, we just need to know what you'd like to buy an how much money you have to buy it as putting together a co-buying and the price is a bit like putting together a jigsaw so we need all the information you are prepared to share please!
